Instructions and Scope of Work can be obtained from Andrea Hale, Contract Administrator, at (928) 729-6249 or by email andreah@ntua.com or at NTUA Purchasing Department, North Navajo Route 12, Fort Defiance, Arizona. Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) is a non-profit, multi-utility enterprise of the Navajo Nation which provides electric, water, wastewater, natural gas, photovoltaic, and telecommunication services covering approximately 27,000 square miles across northeastern Arizona, northwestern New Mexico and Utah. NTUA has seven main district officeslocated in strategic communitiesspanning the Navajo Reservation, with its corporate headquarters located in Fort Defiance, Arizona Questions Due August 10, 2023, by 5:00 p.m. (MDST) The Scope of Work shall include the following: ITEM 1: - Install 6x6x4 tee at beginning of line. - Install New 4-inch Gate Valve. - Install approximately 580 feet of 4-inch PVC C900 for water (blue). - Install eight (8) individual water line services taps with 4x1 tap tees as indicated on the proposed layout. -Install curb stop at each of the water service taps. - Install new eight (8) individual meters with service taps. - Install new eight (8) domestic stops after installation of individual meters. - Existing line is to be capped in place. Indicated on drawing. ITEM 2: -Install approximately 333 feet of 4-inch PVC SDR-35 for sewer (green). - Install seven (7) 4-inch PVC Sewer Service Lines with 4-inch WYE as indicated on the proposed layout. - Install clean-outs approximately 3-5 feet from trailer. - Connect to existing NTUA manhole per proposed drawing.
