Procurement Name: Lime Dust Collection System Maintenance Contract 2023 Procurement Number: COSe23-0355 Procurement Description: The City of Saskatoon Water Treatment plant is looking for a qualified vendor to provide the service of approximately twelve (12) instances of preventative maintenance and inspections including all labor, material, equipment, and supervision required for performance of these tasks. These instances would occur approximately once a month, for a total duration of one (1) year. It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded September 2023 Question Deadline 08/10/2023 at 2:00 PM CT It is the City's intention to enter into a contract with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of the City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional two (2), one (1) year terms upon the following conditions being met: o a pricing structure must be mutually agreed upon for the renewal period; and o respondent must have performed satisfactorily as determined solely by the City of Saskatoon; o the services are still required; and o the services are still required to be outsourced; and o budgetary funds must be available. The City also reserves the right to re-quote this requirement if there are substantive changes to quantities or the scope of the work.
