The City of San Angelo Public Works Department is seeking a response to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for qualified firms as providers for Professional Services Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC). This RFQ is generally intended for projects for which tangible deliverables and service fees would be for Professional Services related to Transportation Planning, Pavement Design, Performance Management, Traffic Monitoring, Safety Reports & Studies, Asset Management, Environmental Compliance, and associated engineering services under NAICS and Professional Design Services of facilities and infrastructure, meeting the definition of A-E Services as defined in 40 U.S.C. 1101 and FAR 2.101. Also, the awarded contracts may require the provision of occasional design services including survey and plans, cost estimates, and specification preparation to be performed or approved by a licensed/registered professional engineer in the state. Firms with current contracts in good standing shall be given preference prior to accepting new firms. The City is an equal opportunity employer. This proposal will be for three (3) years effective from the award date by the City Council. Two (2) additional one (1) year term extensions will be available subject to agreement by both parties. The respondent must notify the City ninety (90) days prior to the end of each term as to their intention to terminate the contract. Terms will renew automatically unless ninety (90) days written notice is given for termination.
