Work shall include the supply and installation of a new bridge culvert over Beaverhill Creek, located 18 km west of Mundare (SW 30-53-17-W4M). The Contractor shall install 2 – 2.2 m diameter Corrugated Steel Pipe (CSP) culverts by 39 m invert lengths as per the Drawings and Section 18 of the Standard Specifications for Bridge Construction. The culverts will be located on 45-degree Right Hand Forward (RHF) skews to the local road, centred at Station 5+545.000 and Station 5+551.000. The Scope of the Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: - Traffic accommodation - Site isolation, turbidity monitoring, and fish capture and release - Demolition and disposal of bridge structures - Excavation, including geotextile filter fabric - Supply and assembly of culvert materials - Backfill, including backfill material testing - Heavy rock riprap erosion protection - Roadway work - Guardrail including delineator guideposts - Permanent environmental protection devices Documents can be obtained from https://buildworkscanada.com Award is subject to final approval.
