Stage Drapery Preventive Maintenance, Repairs and Fire Proofing at Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) Sites . This scope of work is intended for the annual inspection, cleaning, maintenance, repair, and fire-retardant reinstatement of drapery in all Elementary and Secondary Sites, where stage curtains are present. The awarded supplier is expected to perform one (1) inspection per site annually which also includes Execute removal, cleaning and perform minor repairs for draperies , Provide re-application of compliant flame retardant / flame proofing and testing of drapery to ensure it meets the Fire Code requirements. Question Deadline: Tue Aug 8, 2023 11:59 PM Date of Planned Notice: Tue Aug 1, 2023 12:00 PM Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever, and to accept any Bid if, upon evaluation and analysis, it is considered to be in the best interest of the Board. Bid Bond in an electronically verifiable and enforceable format in the amount of 10% of the total base bid made payable to the Waterloo Region District School Board. Successful Contractor shall provide for a Performance Bond for 50% of the total Contract Price, and a Labour and Material Payment Bond for 50% of the total Contract Price.
