The Elmhurst Park District intends to contract for the 2023 Paver & Retaining Wall Repair & Replacement in Elmhurst, IL. The scope of the project includes furnishing & installing concrete pavers and concrete segmental retaining wall units as well as other material and labor required to complete the project. The owners representative will tour the paver repair & replacement at the formal gardens at Wilder Park and the retaining wall project at Courts Plus. This is a Prevailing Wage schedule project and the contractor and all sub- contractors are required to pay the prevailing wage for DuPage/Cook Counties for the life of the project and are responsible for keeping up with any changes. Certified payroll is required on this project by both general and sub-contractors.
