The 2023 Downtown Water and Sewer Improvements project consists of the installation of approximately 3,335 LF of 8-inch water main, 637 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer main, 615 LF of 4-inch sanitary sewer force main, 72 LF of 10-inch sanitary sewer by bore/encase, and 1,000 LF of full depth asphalt pavement reclamation with HMAC overlay. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $1,500,000. The Project has an expected duration of 150 calendar days. All questions shall be submitted through the eProcurement system The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities.
