The City of Williams Lake invites your company to provide and deliver 1500 m3 of Winter Sand as specified in Schedule A for the 2023-2024 season. A sieve test is required prior to mixing salt to the winter sand and will be delivered to the Purchasing Office. The City of Williams Lake requires screened sand to be mixture with not less than 3% and not more than 5% salt. The City will supply the salt and the contractor will mix the supplied salt with winter sand. Required Performance Bond (if required) and Insurance material as set out in the said Contract Documents within ten (10) days from the time when the same are available or are delivered or mailed to the Proponent. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the Proposal. The City reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any contractor for past work history or reputation.
