Project Name: Lower Reedy Basin Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project Project Location: Simpsonville, SC The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in bidding and to reject any or all Bids if it is in the Owner s best interest to do so. SECURITY: Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check of the Bidder, or by a Bid Bond made payable to the Owner, for an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the required Agreement will be executed and that a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and one hundred percent (100%) Payment Bond will be furnished. This project includes cleaning and televising approximately 45,900 feet of 8 to 12 sanitary sewer; performing necessary point repairs to the existing sewers to facilitate installation of cured-in-place pipe lining (CIPP) lining approximately 45,900 feet of 8 to 12 sanitary sewers with CIPP and performing all associated work including removing protruding service laterals, re-connecting active service laterals to the lining, and performing product tests; rehabilitating service laterals where deemed necessary;
