The work performed under this contract will include all materials, labor, equipment and services necessary to complete the project. Removal of all debris, clean-up and restoration of the worksite will be required. Extent of Selective Demolition Work as necessary to complete the necessary roofing repair work. Types of Selective Demolition Work: Demolition requires the selectiveremoval and subsequent off-site legal disposal of the following but not limited to, at a given Atlantic County Building. If a bid security is required with the bid, the bidder must upload a copy of the certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to the County of Atlantic. The Bidder that is awarded a contract shall, simultaneously with the delivery of the executed contract, submit an executed performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the acceptable bid as security for the faithful performance of this contract. The County reserves the right to reject all bids, when the County determines that rejection of all bids is advisable to the extent that rejection of all bids is permitted under the provisions of the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law. In addition, the County reserves the right to waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions in accordance with law . The term of the contract shall be From Notice of award to July 31, 2025 both dates inclusive.
