Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and material for replacement of the HVAC system for the 180,000 sq. ft. building per specification included with this bid. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Standard Construction Contract; and 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, 4) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form. Question Deadline 08/21/2023 at 4:00 AM CT.
