As-needed electrical services, for preventive maintenance, repairs at the Rusk State Hospital. The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is an agency within the Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) system. The Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) division of HHSC administers solicitations for HHS. HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for electrical services at the Rusk State Hospital. The Contractor shall provide, as needed, overhead and underground electrical power repair services. Repair services shall include but are not limited to work on: Transformers, guy wires, setting poles, repairing high lines, hanging high line, and outside lighting. Underground repair services shall include but are not limited to: digging a trench and laying conduit. The Contractor shall provide repairs due to weather or natural disasters. The Contractor shall perform/provide, all necessary maintenance and repairs in order to maintain the safe operation of the electrical lines and do all things necessary to safely complete the needed services. All equipment, materials and parts shall be new and supported by the manufacturer, Installing all equipment and material in accordance with the manufacturers' written instructions. All openings in rated walls, ceilings and floors associated with new systems installed as part of this contract shall be fire or smoke sealed in accordance with the required rating. Services performed shall adhere to National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70, National Electrical Code (NEC) 2020.
