Proposals must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond, and provide insurance in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty which shall not be less than five percent (5%) of the total base bid amount. The guaranty may be a certified check, bank draft, or a Bid Bond in the form attached. Performance Bond - in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount payable to the CONTRACTOR by the terms of the Contract. (2) Labor and Material Bond - in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount payable to the CONTRACTOR by the terms of the Contract. The purpose of this general scope of work is to supplement the Contract Specifications and Drawings and must be used in coordination with these documents to fully understand your scope of work. Requirements given in one area are thus applicable to all. The general scope of work does not generally repeat scope requirements given in the Contract Documents, but clarifies and coordinate the work. Work in the documents, which is repeated here, is for specific coordination purposes. The scope of your work is generally defined as all work included in the Specification Sections listed under your contract scope of work.
