The City of Panama City is requesting sealed bids for the furnishing and delivery of Biological Odor Control equipment for the Millville AWT Odor Control Improvement project. The equipment includes vessels, fans, nutrient panels, interconnecting piping, media, control equipment, control panels, and access hatches. Bids must be submitted electronically via the City of Panama City's Bonfire Portal. City reserves the right to reject any and all bids The City seeks bids for the furnishing and delivery of Biological Odor Control equipment consisting of, but not limited to, vessels, fan, nutrient panel, interconnecting piping (internal to odor control), media, control equipment, control panels and access hatches. Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: City of Panama City, Purchasing Division 501 Harrison Avenue, Room 238 Panama City, Florida 32401 If a Bidder requires assistance in submitting their Bid, please reach out to City of Panama City Purchasing staff at purchasing@panamacity.gov or 850-872-3070. All questions must be submitted in writing by e-mail jgallegos@panamacity.gov at least seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. The selected Bidder shall provide the materials necessary to complete the Project described herein. The Project will be the full replacement of the Millville AWT Odor Control System. This lump sum bid will be for the furnishing and delivery Odor Control equipment consisting of, but not limited to, one (1) complete odor control system, vessels, fan, nutrient panel, interconnecting piping (internal to odor control), media, control equipment, control panels and access hatches. American Iron and Steel provisions are not included in this project. Build America Buy America provision is not required on this project. The scope of work does not include installation of these items.
