Reference Number: AB-2023-04880 The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete the renovations and modernization of the existing St. Martin de Porres High School. The project will include the demolition of the one-story front end of the school and replacing it with a new two-story building, as well as renovations to the rest of the school and a new parking lot. Submit with the Bid, a Bid security in the form of a Bid bond in the amount of not less than Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid Price including GST, endorsed in the name of the Owner, along with a Consent of Surety from a recognized bonding company acceptable to the Owner, to furnish a fifty percent (50%) Performance Bond and a fifty percent (50%) Labour & Materials Payment Bond for this work.
