SUNY Upstate would like to request the services of an Audio-Visual Integrator to install and configure the classroom presentation and conferencing systems in the Setnor Academic Building. Setnor has been a central figure in the institution's various degree programs. This proposal request reflects a full AV upgrade to 5 divisible spaces throughout the building and a projection screen upgrade in a singular classroom. These systems shall be anchored by Cisco Room Series devices allowing for local presentation and remote learning sessions. The rooms will have the ability to be divided and combined via motorized air-walls and specified partition sensors. SUNY Upstate Medical University ("Upstate") is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the provision of Setnor Academic Building - Classroom AV Upgrades. CR Number: 2100437 Contract awards will go to one vendor that meet all requirements listed in the IFB S-1438.
