Vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 30 days of award. This is a NYS Public Works project and prevailing wages are to be paid. Refer to attached specification for the following scope of work. Site must be cleaned and all materials secured at the end of each work day. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured. Upon completion of project, before removal of equipment and scaffolding, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Plant Superintendent. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Remove existing Countertops and Cabinets 2. Dishwasher and Stove to remain. If either needs to be temporarily removed, it is contractor's responsibility to disconnect and reconnect/reinstall 3. Laminate countertops to be replaced with Quartz countertops 4. Replace sink with 25" Elkay stainless steel single basin sink with 8" depth. Install new basket strainer. 5. Existing faucet to be replaced with Delta Foundations 21988LF-SS faucet 6. Cabinets to be replaced with stained oak plywood cabinets with raised panel non- mitered doors to specifications listed on attached layout. Stain colors to be determined by DDSO staff and vendor after project has been awarded. 7. Tile backsplash to be removed and replaced with 1/4" solid surface wall cladding panel in subway tile pattern(Corian interior vertical cladding or equivalent). Crown molding and panels to be replaced in kind 8. 9. Microwave range hood to be removed and replaced in kind, and vented out of the house 10. Replace existing electrical receptacles and backplates with new pieces in white. 11. Sink, faucet, basket strainer, and microwave range hood will be supplied by HVDDSO Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Contract term: Within 30 days of receiving the purchase order
