The objective of this project is for the Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to replace the existing receptacles and install new receptacles with Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protection for all required area at Madigan Army Medical Center, Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA. EPV Between $100,000 and $250,000 The objective ofthis project is for the Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace the existing receptacles and install new receptacles with Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protection for all required area at Madigan Army Medical Center, Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA, in accordance with all Federal, State, and Installation codes and laws, to include preparation of a design as discussed below, Safety Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures and Manufacturer Requirements. Some work will be completed after normal duty hours and/or on weekends to minimize impact on departments. Mobile District's invoice inbox (CT-CInvoices-MEDCOM@usace.army.mil). The invoice shall be based on a schedule ofvalues reflecting the major features ofwork, as shown on bid schedule, and shall provide adequate detail to clearly communicate the work performed during the period oftime covered by the invoice. Additionally, the submission ofthe pay estimate/invoice shall include certified payrolls for both prime contractor and all subcontractors. The pay estimate shall be certified by the appropriate officer ofthe company per basic contract requirements. The initial schedule ofvalues shall be submitted prior to the first submission ofpayment to the COR for review and concurrent. The Contractor shall provide an updated schedule with each invoice, which shall be submitted for COR approval along with the invoice.
