The Commissioners' Court of Wharton County will accept sealed Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Construction Manager-at-risk (CMAR) to repurpose an existing single-story, free standing building with approximately 4,750 square foot of area. This project is funded with Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (CLFRF) allocated under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The building is located on the property we currently own at 110 E. Burleson Street, Wharton, Texas 77488. Functions included in the new building would be storage for multiple county departments. Wharton County Commissioners' Court reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and act in the best interest of the County.
