Reference Number 0000326212 It is the responsibility of the Contractor to furnish all services, labor, materials, equipment, tools, insurance, permits, and fees (if any) necessary to render the services according to the scope of services set forth by the City. AREAS TO BE SERVICED: Terminal Area pedestrian sidewalks starting at the landscaped section of 12th Avenue and continuing along the Monument Wall at the entrance to the Airport and continuing over the crosswalk until the point where the Terminal Building sidewalk begins. Air Carrier Ramp pedestrian sidewalks along the exterior side of the concourse building. Exterior Stairwells at Gate 7 and Gate 8. Langley Avenue pedestrian sidewalks along the landscaped areas of airport owned property. Spanish Trail pedestrian sidewalks along the landscaped areas of airport owned property. Summit Boulevard pedestrian sidewalks along the landscaped areas of airport owned property. All exterior glass/window surfaces of the main Terminal Building, Concourse and Administration Office Building. TYPES OF SERVICE: Power washing of all concrete surfaces including the sidewalk, curb and gutter. Gum removal where necessary. Window/Glass cleaning of exterior Terminal Building, Concourse and Administration Office Building to include detergent cleaning of glass and window ledges followed by a clean ionized water rinse to prevent streaking and spotting. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: During the term of this agreement, the Airport may identify additional areas to be pressure washed on a per-job basis. TERM OF CONTRACT: Services shall be for a three (3) year period beginning October 1, 2023 and ending September 30, 2026.
