Propane Bid. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the gas when needed and furnish all tanks and necessary equipment at all locations where equipment is not owned by the Colbert County Board of Education, at no additional charge. The following storage capacity must be furnished at the schools listed below in tanks owned by the Colbert County Board of Education, and supplied by successful bidder. The bids are to be based on providing propane on a "Keep Filled" schedule with a regular service schedule to all County Owned and Rented Tanks. The bid will be effective for the period beginning August 1, 2023 and ending July 31, 2024. A Bid Bond in the amount of $1,000.00 must be submitted with all bids which will be held for the time period of the bid. Bidders must adhere to the requirements for compliance with the Alabama Immigration Law. Please see attached memo. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any/or all bids.
