The work consists of installing a new pedestrian bridge, fill in existing ditches and install a new storm drainage system along Francis Street along with milling, pulverizing and the associated roadway reconstruction, asphalt, chip seal, concrete curbs and sidewalk. Tender documents may be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225 upon depositing the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) HST included, per tender set in the form of a CERTIFIED CHEQUE or CASH payable to BOISSONNAULT McGRAW. Cost of tendering documents is non-refundable. Bid documents will be on display at the offices of Boissonnault McGraw, Madawaska Maliseet First Nation and at the Construction Association Only Bidders who have obtained the Tender Documents directly from Boissonnault McGraw, shall be eligible to submit a tender for this project. Tenders must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of Surety (Bid) Bond in the amount of ten per cent (10%) of the tendered price. Surety (Bid Bond) shall be made payable to the Madawaska Maliseet First Nation.
