PROJECT includes the installation of a 3-inch through 8-inch HDPE forcemain for a length of 18.8 miles from the Region II (St. Michaels) Wastewater Treatment Plant, to the Mount Pleasant area, under Broad Creek, and to the Villages of Bozman and Neavitt, as outlined in Resolution No. 250; and the installation of service stubs, whereby individual lot connections can be made at a later date as a part of Phase 2 of the Resolution 250 septic system elimination project. The project also includes the installation of lot valves, pressure sewer cleanout assemblies, air vacuum relief valves, sewer system testing, final seeding and stabilization for disturbed areas, final site cleanup The contract for this project shall be awarded to the firm submitting the lowest, responsible, and responsive lump sum Base Bid. THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF TALBOT COUNTY reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid Question Deadline 08/23/2023 at 12:00 PM ET Contractorshall complete all Work asspecified or indicated in the Contract Documents.
