B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Interior renovation to the exisiting Women's and Men's restroom and shower facilities of approximately 712 S.F., to correct apparent leaks in the plumbing systems and provide updated finishes, and maintain complete accessibility compliance in these areas. This is a "Public Works" project and provisions of the "Prevailing Wage Law on Public Work in Texas" must be complied with. Prevailing Wages for Brazoria County, Texas is a part of this contract. For Owner's records, submit copies of permits, licenses, certifications, inspection reports, releases, jurisdictional settlements, notices, receipts for fee payments, judgments, correspondence, records, and similar documents, established for compliance with standards and regulations bearing on performance of the Work The City of Lake Jackson reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous. Owner reserves the right to designate which entities involved in the Work must submit waivers.
