If Bidder/Proposer for this solicitation qualifies as a DBE, contract goal shall be deemed met. Individuals rebuttably presumed to be socially and economically disadvantaged include women, Blacks, Hispanics, Native Americans, Asian-Pacific Americans, and Asian-Indian Americans. If Bidder/ Proposer fails to achieve contract goal as stated herein, they must provide documentation demonstrating good faith efforts in attempting to do so. Bid/Proposal failing to meet these requirements will be considered non-responsive. For Contracts $50,000 or more, Contractor with 50 or more employees and subcontractors with 50 or more employees and who may be awarded a subcontract of $50,000 or more, will be required to maintain an affirmative action program within 120 days of Contract commencement.
