The Antrim County Board of Commissioners is seeking sealed bids for the replacement of three (3) hollow metal doors and frames. A recommendation to award the bid will be considered by the Board of Commissioners on September 7. The County of Antrim reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularity in a bid, and to accept that bid which, in the opinion of the County Commissioners, is in the best interest of the County. To remove and replace three (3) hollow metal doors and frames. One (1) door may need masonry work to reinstall new door. Bid Specifications: o To remove and dispose of existing doors and frames o Install and seal new doors and frames as listed below. Contractor to verify all door sizes. o All doors jambs will be of 14 gauge galvannealed hollow metal frame o Doors will be 18 gauge galvannealed flush hollow metal door (prime coated) o Butt type ball bearing hinges with non-removable pins (stainless steel finish) o Sargent 7Line, entrance function locksets (satin chrome finish) o Keying of locks to County's existing keyway o Perimeter gasket/seal o Brush door sweeps o 4" thresholds
