Current Zoning: Light Industrial (LI) and Conditional Industrial (CI 909) Proposed Zoning: Conditional Industrial (CI 909) Future Land Use Designation: Institutional/Civic Current Land Use: The property in question is currently vacant with the remainder of land under airport use. Proposed Land Use: The property in question will be developed with an airport hangar 56,600 square feet in size. Background: The property in question is currently zoned Light Industrial (LI) and Conditional Industrial (CI 909). The applicant is requesting to expand the Conditional Industrial (CI 909) zoning district of the airport to include property on which a proposed hangar building will be constructed.
