All topcoats shall have adequate tack coating applied before paving. All joints shall be ground. All driveways shall be ground so pavement will match. The Town reserves the right to increase or decrease the footage on any road above and add additional roads if funds are available as these are estimates. All Paving must be completed by October 1st, 2023.
