The intent of this quote is to contract for tile and grout restoration and glazing of the kitchen area in Neshaminy Manor Nursing Facility. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/10/2023 12:00 PM Also required is a MAINTENANCE BOND with surety in the amount of 10% of the contract amount. This contract shall start on or about September 1, 2023. SCOPE OF WORK Neshaminy Manor Nursing Facility is a 360 bed Long Term Care facility, licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health. The Kitchen/café is open 365 days and provides food services to Residents, Resident Activities, Staff, Inside and Outside Catering, Visitors and Volunteers. The objective is to restore the tile and grout in two areas of the kitchen/café as described below. Vendor will be responsible for cleaning and prepping of entire surface using SaniGLAZEs XcelKleen process to remove contaminants and to prepare tile and grout for application of SaniGLAZE coatings
