The project consists of the labor and materials for: general demolition, bypass pumping, salvaging and rebuilding pumps, installation of intake pipe, pump well, pumps and piping, control building, excavation, grading, and other ancillary improvements for the Raw Water Pump Station for the City of Marble Falls. Questions or inquiries submitted directly to the City and/or Engineer will not receive a response. No questions or requests for additional information will be accepted later than 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 16, 2023 A bid security of 5% of the total bid amount, including all Additive Alternatives and Allowances, must accompany each bid or proposal. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Marble Falls may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The City of Marble Falls reserves the right to waive any informality that is not detrimental to any other bidder or potential bidder or to reject all bids or to accept the lowest responsible bidder that in the judgment of the City Council will be in the best interest of the City of Marble Falls. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of opening thereof.
