UNLV is seeking an experienced contractor to provide and install exterior lighting across various locations on our Maryland campus located at 4505 South Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas,NV 89154. Last Day for Addenda: Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at 5 PM Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier s check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount Performance(100%), Payment(100%) The Bidder agrees to a minimum of one hundred twenty (120) calendar day acceptance period from the date of public opening. Definition of Minority Business Enterprise (MBE 51%) Definition of Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE 51%) Definition of Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE 51%) The project is approved for permit through the State Public Works Division and the associated permit set is included in this Bid Document as Exhibit B, available to download via the Attachments tab in NGEM. Please refer to these documents for identifying the full project scope. The project includes a base scope area includes the exterior landscape around the buildings around MFH - Margie & Robert Faiman, Sr. Hall, RHC - Residence Hall C, WRL - Eugene Warner Residential Life, RHB - Residence Hall B, and HUH - Mitzi & Johnny Hughes Hall (Dorm A) Liquidated Damages in the amount of $1,000.00 per day will be levied for each day the project is not completed after the required Project Completion Date. UNLV reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, and to waive minor irregularities and omissions, whereby the best interests of the Nevada System of Higher Education would be served.
