Bids shall be addressed "The City of Lavaca, Arkansas at 808 West Main Street, Lavaca, Arkansas 72941" and shall be labeled "Bid for Lavaca City Park Sidewalk and Parking Improvements, Project No. 2023066". Bidders shall include their Arkansas license number on the outside of their sealed bids. Any bid received after the scheduled opening time will be returned unopened. This project includes ADA Parking and sidewalk improvements, located at the City Park on North Harding Street in Lavaca, Arkansas. Bidders will be required to inform themselves of all Addenda duly issued in accordance with the requirements provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Information regarding the number of Addenda that have been duly issued can be obtained from Hawkins-Weir Engineers. Each Bidder must deposit with their Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders must be licensed in conformance with the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors as defined in Arkansas Code 17-25-101 and related statutes. The City of Lavaca, Arkansas reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all Bids. Bids shall remain firm for a period not to exceed 60 days from the Bid opening date. This publication was paid for by The City of Lavaca, Arkansas and the cost of the publication is $250.56 per Arkansas Code 14-55-208 and related statutes. The City of Lavaca, Arkansas encourages participation of small, minority, and woman owned business enterprises in the procurement of goods, services, and construction, as either a general contractor or subcontractor
