Theatrical Lighting and Sound System replacement and associated Life Safety, PA, and electrical support systems are included in this project. The Project must be complete and ready for occupancy not later than June 1, 2024. Any proposal must provide for final completion by this date. Alternately, Offerors are asked to submit the number of calendar days required for completion of the Work, if completion of the Work shall be prior to such date. Offerors are advised that The Project is subject to liquidated damages in the amount of $1,250.00 per day for each day's delay in the Substantial Completion of the Work.
