The VA Boston Healthcare System has three facilities that have underground storage tanks (UST) that are in need of repair. The Contractor must be a MASSDEP UST certified tank repair specialist. To be eligible for award, the contractor must provide proof of the MASSDEP UST certification to be considered for award. The Contractor shall provide underground storage tank repairs to sumps, spill buckets in order to seal hydrostatic inspection/testing services. All UST have Veeer Root or equivalent Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) monitoring systems. The vendor shall complete all work in accordance with the Statement of Work. Wage Determination 2015-4047 Rev 24 dated 6/30/2023, applies to this procurement and is attached. This solicitation is issued as 100% Total Small Business Setaside. Questions are due by July 25, 2023 NLT 10:00AM EST and must be emailed to subrena.magee@va.gov.
