The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District, Raystown Lake Project, will procure for the gravel road maintenance services at Raystown Lake in Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania, detailed in the scope of work. This solicitation will result in one award based on lowest price technical accepted as best meets the needs of the Government. The proposed contract will run from date of award to February 29, 2024. The proposed contract is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310, size standards of $45,000, PSC code Z1LB. Offerors shall be registered at the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award. To register you will need your UEI number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Instructions for registering are on the website. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the project. Prebid Questions Due 27 July 2023, at 10:00 AM EST All questions about the solicitation must go to ashley.m.flaherty@usace.army.mil Responses to all questions will be posted on Sam.Gov after 27 July 2023. No further questions will be answered after this date.
