Questions or Clarifications Submission Deadline July 27, 2023 Anticipated Contract Start Date September 1, 2023 The description of requirements, services, specifications for goods which may be required, and deliverables as provided in this Solicitation and any resulting Contract which the Contractor is required to provide. The required services to be provided are generator maintenance and repair services at the Mexia State Supported Living Center (MSSLC). The Contractor will provide inspection, testing, maintenance, repair parts, and hourly labor for the Centers diesel and gasoline emergency power generator equipment and associated switch gear. The Contractor shall also provide temporary back-up generators to cover the failure of any generators, including delivery, hook-up, and testing. The Contractor shall perform preventative maintenance on generator engines powered by natural gas or diesel power. This includes maintenance of automatic or manual transfer switches, all associate sensors, senders, relays, PC boards, timers, and all other devices which comprise the appropriate integrated emergency power system. Annual preventative maintenance must meet, exceed, or include any of the manufacturers requirements if not listed below. Contractor shall maintain the required insurance during the initial Contract term and any renewal or extension period exercised. Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring its subcontractors are in compliance with all applicable insurance and bond requirements.
