The maximum contract value is $86,280 - plus tax. FH has chosen not to complete a public tendering process but negotiate the contemplated contract for the following reasons: CTA is currently the Architect of record for the Project (Royal Columbian Hospital Lab Automation Project). CTA has extensive knowledge of RCH Lab Project and created the documents and specifications and is currently executing the work. CTA is registered and complies with all applicable WorkSafe BC regulations. CTA has professional liability insurance coverage. Provide proof showing your qualification, workplan, insurance coverage, and worksafe BC clearance letter related to the requirements defined in this NOI. Only challenges from qualified consultants will be reviewed.
