The Work includes furnishing, delivering, and unloading two trailer-mounted auxiliary generators, startup and training services, and all other services as required to provide a complete and workable system. The Supplier shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supplies, and other things required expressly by, or reasonably implied from, the Contract, to complete all Work. Omissions from the Contract of details of Work which are necessary to carry out the intent of the Contract, or which are customarily performed, shall not relieve the Supplier from performing the complete Work called for by the Contract; such Work shall be performed as if fully set forth and described in the Contract. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "City of Okanogan" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. The Proposal Deposit will be held as a guaranty that the successful Bidder will, within 10 working days from the date of notification of Award, enter into a Contract and furnish approved Performance and Public Works Payment Bonds, on forms attached, in amounts equal to 100 percent of the amount of the Contract, including state sales tax. The equipment shall be delivered within 365 calendar days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. The Supplier, any Subcontractor, and all individuals or firms required by RCW 39.12, WAC 296-127, or the Federal Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) to pay minimum prevailing wages, shall not pay any worker less than the minimum hourly wage rates and fringe benefits required by RCW 39.12 or the DBRA. Higher wages and benefits may be paid. The City of Okanogan expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities and to Award the Project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interests of the City. The undersigned agrees that the Owner reserves the right to Award the Contract to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder whose Proposal is in the best interest of the Owner.
