The project includes but is not limited to grinding three (3) inches of existing pavement and placement of three (3) inches of new pavement. Other work includes replacement and/or repair of curb and gutters, concrete valley gutters, signs, and protecting existing utility monuments and covers. The Contractor shall possess a Class "A" or "C-12" license at the time of contract award. Engineer Estimate: $1,200,000. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids. By order of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Napa, State of California made this July 18, 2023.
