Protect existing utilities, include traffic control, business open signs, walk direction signs around construction area, remove existing sidewalk, ramp, curb, gutter, and asphalt. Construct new ADA ramp, 4" sidewalk, ADA handrails, retaining curb, curb transition, curb & gutter, sawcut & overlay full depth AC pavement, reconstruct cross-gutter, paint curbs, install decomposed granite. Contractor will coordinate inspection with Desert Water Agency (DWA) Brandon Hall 760-323-4971 ext. #192 Bhall@dwa.org to inspect prior to pouring concrete pad around F.H. per Std Dwg W-208. Contractor will pour concrete base around existing streetlight.
