Work shall include electrical installation of Owner-supplied medium voltage equipment, new conductors, cables, raceway, instrumentation, electrical equipment, support systems, equipment pads and anchorage, modification of existing concrete walls and electrical system analysis. Refurbishment of the Evaporative Cooler control system and all other Work as detailed in the Bid Documents. Question Cutoff Date: 8/5/2023 01:00 PM (ET) Submit questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents and Contract Documents to Owner via the ''Questions'' tab in the NGEM System. The NGEM System will cut off accepting questions 5 Days prior to the Bid opening date. Questions submitted less than 5 Days prior to the Bid opening date may not be answered. Bidders are hereby notified that the prevailing wage rates established by the Nevada State Labor Commission must be paid to all workmen engaged in the performance of any public works construction contracts awarded for the amount of $100,000 or more. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including, without limitation, the right to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids, and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of Owner to make an award to that Bidder. The Owner also reserves the right to waive informalities. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed by the Contract Documents and Nevada State law. Final Completion April 25, 2024
