DPS is requesting bids for a breakroom refresh project at the Brownsville DPS Office. 91042-Kitchen And Bathroom Fixture Repair (Not Plumbing): Bathtubs, Sinks, Cabinets, Counter Tops, Etc. 91461-Painting And Wallpapering All work must be completed prior to 8/31/2023. By submitting bid, Bidder affirms that all work will be completed by this deadline. For a contract in excess of $100,000.00 a performance bond will be executed in the amount of the contract conditioned upon the faithful performance of the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents. Said bond will be solely for the protection of the state. For a contract in excess of $25,000.00 a payment bond will be executed in the amount of the contract, solely for the protection of all claimants supplying labor and material. DPS reserves the right to reject any one Bid or all Bids or portions of Bids submitted in response to this solicitation. DPS reserves the right to withdraw this solicitation at any time for any reason. DPS reserves the right to award no contract and to solicit additional Bids at a later time. Gov't Code Chapter 2258. Prevailing wage rates pursuant to the requirements of this statute. If applicable, DPS has ascertained the attached rates located as an exhibit are paid to various classifications of workers in the locality of this project.
