Chiller Model: The new chillers should be a replacement for York YCAJ55HE8-28PA model or an equivalent model that meets or exceeds the following specifications: - Cooling capacity: 120.7 tons - Air-cooled design - Voltage: 230V, three-phase b. Compatibility: The new chillers must be fully compatible with the existing Trane automation system in terms of communication protocols and integration capabilities. c. Efficiency: The new chillers should meet or exceed industry standards for energy efficiency and have a high coefficient of performance (COP). d. Noise Levels: The chillers should be designed to minimize noise levels during operation, ensuring compliance with local noise regulations. 3. Installation: a. The bidder should provide a detailed plan for the installation of the new chillers, including all necessary electrical, plumbing and mechanical work. b. Installation should include a thorough testing and verification of the chillers' performance, including control integration with the Trane automation system. c. The bidder should provide a warranty for the installation work, ensuring that any defects or issues arising from the installation will be rectified promptly. d. Work will need to be completed without disruption of building cooling during operating hours.
