RFQ Questions / Comments Deadline JULY 25, 2023, 1:30 p.m. (Cincinnati, Ohio Time) Direct questions or information requests related to this RFP to: msd.procurement@cincinnati-oh.gov The work consists of providing all necessary personnel, equipment, chemicals or other products and materials to adequately treat the sewers to MSDGC's requirements. MSDGC's system consists of gravity and force main, pump stations and manholes. The treatment may be provided at MSDGC pump stations, regular manholes, or other sites as necessary, with the goal of this work being to reduce odors and corrosion in the gravity sewer system. One specific area of treatment may be the Mill Creek Interceptor with a focus on Anthony Wayne Ave. near Woodbine Ave in Cincinnati. This area has an approximate dry weather flow of 25 cubic feet per second (cfs). An appropriate amount of product must be introduced sufficiently upstream to ensure that hydrogen sulfide measured near the reported odors meets the MSDGC requirements as described below. Additional project area scope may be awarded as needed by the MSDGC PM. Each project area may be made up of many dosing sites in order to achieve MSDGC goals for odor limits The City may conduct a pre-submittal meeting for this Project. If a pre-submittal meeting is scheduled, the date, time and location of the pre-submittal meeting will either be identified on the project's web page or will be identified in an addendum. A pre-submittal meeting, if one is to be held, is not a mandatory requirement.
