The Project consists of: Improvements to the existing field facilities. The natural grass field will be reconditioned and the existing decomposed granite track will be removed and replaced with new asphalt pavement and rubberized track surfacing on top with new curbs, hardscape, fencing, and planting. The existing bleachers will be removed and replaced with new structures. Grading, drainage, and irrigation to support the proposed improvements. Field access will have pavement renovations to provide accessible pathways. All to be completed through the lease-leaseback delivery model set forth in section 17406 of the Education Code, as further described in the Contract Documents.
