Reference Number 0000325678 The City of Milton is requesting bids from interested parties to perform construction services completing concrete curb and gutter removal and installation and asphalt paving for the parking lot expansion at the Milton City Hall. To bid on this contract, the Contractor must be listed on the current Georgia Department of Transportation Pre-Qualified Contractors list. No exceptions. The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton. Questions must also be submitted online in the same manner listed above for bids. Deadline for questions is August 11, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. Official answers to questions and potential changes to the ITB (Addendums) will be posted at the same web locations as the ITB on or about August 16, 2023. The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton. The Successful Bidder shall be required to furnish PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BONDS for the faithful performance on the contract and a bond to secure payment of all claims for materials furnished and/or labor performed in performance of the project, both in amounts equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the base bid price. The time of completion for the project is expected be October 16, 2023.
