CONTRACT: CONTRACT 1 NORTH Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructionsto Bidders. The Project consists of constructing the following facilities including but not necessarily limited to: a. Pump Station Replacement b. +/- 5,800 LF 8" Diameter Force Main Bidders may bid on any or all contracts as they choose. If submitting bids for multiple contracts, bidders must submit each bid separately and notate the corresponding contract number on the outside of the envelope. The City of Locust reserves the right to reject any and all bids, asmay in the judgement of the Board Of the City of Locust serve its best interest and further reserves the right to waive irregularities and informalities in any bid submitted. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
