Hatcher Construction and Development, Inc. is actively seeking Subcontractors between Divisions 2-33 to participate in the bidding process oft he New Community Center at Gramercy Park, located at 5615 Parke Avenue, West Palm Beach Florida, 33407. All electrical contractors must carry fire alarm, intercom, low voltage as necessary in their bid. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regards to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. This Project is Federally funded by grants from the Federal Government, with legal and contractual requirements including Davis Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA). RFI deadlines for Questions, Tuesday, July 31,2020, by 4pm. A final addendum will be issued on Tuesday August 8th, 2023. Any changes to the project will be sent electronically via Procore. We look forward to the opportunity to work with you, thus making this project a success.
