The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion of the work described. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with plans, specifications and terms of the contract. Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the lines, grades, typical cross sections, dimensions and other data shown on the plans or as modified by written orders of the Engineer, and all other work determined by the Engineer as necessary to proper prosecution and completion of the project. Major items of work consist of the following: raised crossings, curb and sidewalk improvements, curb ramp replacement, replacement of roadway asphalt, striping and signing, pedestrian RRFB signal, installation of street light pole foundations, conduit and junction boxes, landscaping, and other items. The City Will Reject a Bid If the Bidder Fails to Submit the Disclosure Form with This Information by the Stated Deadline. Identification of Project The City reserves the right to make changes to the Invitation to Bid and the Contract Documents by written addenda prior to the Bid Closing Proposals must be made upon the Proposal form bound in the Contract Documents and must be accompanied by a certified check or proposal bond payable to the City of Tualatin (County of Washington, State of Oregon) in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid.
