o Remove old florescent light fixtures & replace with new LED light fixtures with controlled via motion sensor tied in with exhaust fans. o Remove existing 2x4 ceiling tiles and replace with new 2X4 tegular tiles. Existing 2x4 suspended ceiling grid to remain. o Remove deteriorated supply/return diffusers & replace with new. o Remove existing floor tiles & replace with new. o Remove wall tiles & replace with new 4'-4" tile wainscot. o Provide new gypsum board finish from top of new wainscot to ceiling. o Remove exhaust fans & replace with new tied in with motion sensor for lighting. o Remove existing door, frame and hardware, and replace with new. o Tape, texture, prep, prime, paint walls. o Remove and reuse toilets. Reuse in-wall toilet carriers. Replace toilet flush valves with new manual valves. o Remove and reuse urinals. Reuse existing in-wall urinal carriers. Replace flush valves with new manual valves. Remove and replace in wall cast iron urinal waste piping with new ABS, provide clean outs at each urinal. o Remove & replace toilet & urinal partitions with new. o Provide new solid surface counters and lavatories to replace wall hung sinks and provide new P-Traps, angle-stops, escutions and water flex lines & manually operated faucets. Provide ABA compliant, plastic laminate finished, covers for under counter plumbing items. o Remove all existing mirrors & replace with new wall mounted, stainless steel framed mirrors over each sink or lavatory. o Provide stainless steel framed tall mirror near restroom exit. o Remove all existing restroom signs & replace with new. Sample will be provided. o Remove & replace all outdated sprinkler heads inside restrooms. o Remove and replace existing in-wall water closet piping and carriers. o Provide pipe bursting technology for all sewer lines below grade to 5' outside building footprint.(Approximately 770 LF). o Camera underground sewer lines to verify clear and usable waste piping after pipe bursting. o POC for all waste and vent piping shall be no more than 6" above 1st floor finished floor. o Remove and replace existing cast iron waste and vent piping with new ABS/ Cast Iron hybrid waste and vent piping serving each restroom. o Selectively demolish and remove drywall and tile to access piping within walls. o Remove and replace all soap, toilet seat cover, and paper towel dispensers. Coordinate dispenser type with janitorial services.
